Corporate Headshots With ModeArc
I like to take time to revisit how I've grown in my photography over the years. I've long been past the novice and pure amateur phase and I have found my place in the semi-pro to pro world of photography. Some of my product shots have been in Vogue and Harper's Bazaar and I've had the opportunity to meet some cool people over the years.
One of my favorite shoots involved company headshots for a very cool and extremely talented architecture firm called ModeArc. They are a local firm that is responsible cool shops like roll:, and Land Grant Brewing Company.
When Mode Architects' founder Mark Ours reached out to me due to seeing my Instagram feed, I was more than excited to shoot company headshots for them. I really liked the non-traditional feel that he and the team wanted.
We decided to shoot in a budding arts community here in Columbus, OH called Franklinton. There are some nice textured environments and we made nice images. The day started off beautifully. It was winter but the temperature for the day was a balmy 65 degrees. By the time of our shoot, the wind picked up and the temperature dropped 20 degrees. It got cold and uncomfortable really quickly but everyone was professional and we got the job done.
Here are the headshots! I am glad to go back and reminisce on the day. Mark and the ModeArc team were truly a class act!
